Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation. If a booking has not yet been started, we will review refund requests individually and confirm any applicable fees before payment. Once a consultation has been delivered, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law or where we have agreed otherwise in writing. If we cancel a confirmed appointment, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for the undelivered service. This draft must be reviewed against your actual booking and payment process before publishing.
